RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Progressive Direct Insurance Company through its attorney, Young Law, the sum of $8,883.55 in full settlement of its subrogation claim for medical benefits paid related to injuries sustained by Tasha Rose Mirick on April 10, 2012 as a result of an automobile accident near the intersection of Emerald Street SE and Ellis Avenue in the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
