RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of thirteen thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars and no cents ($13,850.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in the case entitled Terence Curry v. David Jotblad and City of Saint Paul, civil court file number 62-CV-14-7802 for all claims for damages regarding the incident on February 11, 2013.
