Purpose of Appeal: The driveway is being ast to be replaced. Cost $5,000 this will take 5 years of profit to do. No planing for this is out of my financial reach. I am in the top 50% of driveways on the block. The neighbor has carpet holding asphalt down.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Dan Caron to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1818 IVY AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal, noting that the issue may be written up again in the next reinspection cycle; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
