Approving the issuance of a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license with one condition to Butter and Guns, LLC d/b/a Dark Horse (License ID #20150001683) for the premises located at 250 - 7^th Street East in Saint Paul.

Body

WHEREAS, Butter and Guns, LLC d/b/a Dark Horse (License ID #20150001683) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 250 - 7^th Street East in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, the licensee has also applied for a Liquor On Sale 101-180 seats, Liquor On Sale - Sunday and a Liquor On Sale - 2AM Closing license; and

WHEREAS, the premises is located downtown so a petition is not required; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of the license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to Butter and Guns, LLC d/b/a Dark Horse (License ID #20150001683) for the premises located at 250 - 7^th Street East in Saint Paul with the following condition:

1.                     Licensee acknowledges that no entertainment may be provided unless prior written authorization from the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI), and the required City license is first obtained.
