Title

Ratifying the assessment for the Raymond Avenue from Hampden to Energy Park Drive paving/lighting project. (File No. 19171, Assessment No. 155201)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-1547 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, ADA Compliant pedestrian ramps, bike lane improvements, lantern style street lighting and signal revisions, and doing all other necessary work to complete said project; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 7, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
