Ratifying the assessment for the Franklin Avenue paving/lighting project, constructed as part of the 2015 St. Paul Street Vitality Paving Program (SPSVP). (File No. 19170, Assessment No. 155200)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-1530 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, ADA Compliant pedestrian ramps at the intersections, new storm sewer catch basins and lantern style street lighting, and doing all other necessary work to complete said project as part of the 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 7, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
