Amending the financing and spending budgets in the Department of Public Works by adding $1,813,978 of SPRWS, Sewers and Xcel Energy funding into the 2015 St. Paul Street Vitality Paving Program (SPSVP).
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has opened bids for all of the 2015 St. Paul Street Vitality Paving Projects, and
WHEREAS, there needs to be $1,813,978 of SPRWS, Sewer and Xcel Energy funding added to the program for work to be done associated with these items under the projects in the program, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $1,813,978; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $1,813,978 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following paticulars:
