Amending the Activities Ledger spending budget for General Government Accounts.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of General Government Accounts, to amend the life-to-date Activities Ledger spending budget for the 2014 Flood Emergency FEMA Grants Activity (1714659590000) to increase the available spending authority by decreasing the spending budget for the 2014 Flood Emergency MN DPS Grants Activity (G1714707090000), thereby allowing expenses to be recorded in the correct accounts. The Director of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
