Purpose of Appeal: I would like to ask for at least 60 days extension because my heating, electrical and plumbing contractors are behind schedule. I would greatly appreciate your understanding due to their high demands we could not meet the vacancy deadline.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Choua Fang to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 860 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
