Ratifying the assessment for the 8^th Street, Wacouta to Wall and Wall Street, 7^th to 8^th Street paving/lighting project. (File No. 19155 and 19163, Assessment No. 145205 and 145208)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-1475 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons, and lighting system and doing all other necessary work to complete said project; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 16, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
