WHEREAS, Wabasha Brewing Company, LLC d/b/a Wabasha Brewing Company (License ID #20140000255) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor On Sale-Sunday and an Entertainment A license for the premises located at 429 Wabasha Street South; and

WHEREAS, the licensee submitted a “Good Faith” letter indicating they were able to obtain eleven (11) out of twenty-one (21) possible signatures for a fifty-two (52) per cent support of the petition required for a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and

WHEREAS, West Side Community Organization sent a letter to DSI recommending a waiver of the 45-day waiting period in order to issue a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor On Sale-Sunday and Entertainment A licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor On Sale-Sunday and an Entertainment A license are hereby granted to Wabasha Brewing Company, LLC d/b/a Wabasha Brewing Company (License ID #20140000255) for the premises located at 429 Wabasha Street South in Saint Paul with the following conditions:

1. The outdoor sale/service/consumption of beer shall be limited to the area shown on the approved patio seating plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI).

2. Licensee acknowledges that the licenses issued only permits the sale, service, and or consumption of beer which has been brewed by the licensee on these premises.
