RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of twenty thousand dollars and no cents ($20,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in the case entitled State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v. City of Saint Paul, civil court file number 62-CV-14-3874 for all claims for damages regarding the incident on November 14, 2010.
