WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grants the appeal as owner is now in compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
