Appeal of Charles Greer to a Correction Notice at 953 SAINT ANTHONY AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: I would like to file an appeal to Correction Notice file # 15-127781. The removal unapproved rock garden from the boulevard in front of the house. When I contacted the city in the year 2010 about installing a rock garden on the boulevard I was told I did not need a permit, she went on to tell me that the vegetation that I put out there should not exceed a certain height. When I called again on June 9, 2015 about this matter I was given the same information I don't understand where I went wrong in installing the rock garden.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Charles Greer to a Correction Notice at 953 SAINT ANTHONY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grants the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
