Authorizing the Police Department to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County, which includes an indemnification clause, for services provided for the Safe Harbor project.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department (SPPD) is requesting authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Ramsey County and its attorney’s office which includes an indemnification clause; and
WHEREAS, this agreement allows for the SPPD to furnish and provide services in conjunction with the Safe Harbor program and its related services; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Saint Paul City Council authorize the City of Saint Paul to enter into, and Chief Thomas E. Smith to implement this agreement with the Ramsey County which includes an indemnification clause.
