Amending the Financing and Spending Plans in the Library Agency
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency will receive additional MELSA monies in 2015 for technology related projects and has funds available from the Friends of the Library; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency has plans to make modifications and purchase equipment with private funds at the George Latimer Central Library; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans for these monies has not been established; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $285,782 in excess of those estimated in the 2015 budget and recommends the changes to the 2015 budget described in the attached fiscal analysis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Library Board approves the changes to the 2015 Adopted Budget, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said budget, as heretofore adopted by the Library Board is hereby amended as indicated in the attached fiscal analysis form.
