Memorializing City Council action taken July 8, 2015 approving lot split to create two (2) tracts via Registered Land Survey, at 1905 Suburban Ave, NE corner at Burns Avenue.

WHEREAS, M & J Investments of MN, INC, Zoning File # 15-021-542, has submitted for City Council approval the attached lot split to create two (2) tracts via Registered Land Survey, at 1905 Suburban Ave, NE corner at Burns Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the Subdivision-RLS and found, subject to the recommended conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City on June 4, 2015, and notices were duly mailed to each owner of affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed Subdivision-RLS on June 17, 2015, and continued on July 8, 2015, at which all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard, the Council having considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached Subdivision-RLS for M & J Investments of MN, INC Lot split to create two (2) tracts via Registered Land Survey at 1905 Suburban Avenue , subject to the condition that the applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the Subdivision- RLS with the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office.
