Approving a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license with conditions to Bad Weather Brewing Company, LLC d/b/a Bad Weather Brewery (License ID #20150000267) for the premises located at 414 - 7th Street West in Saint Paul.

WHEREAS, Bad Weather Brewing Company, LLC d/b/a Bad Weather Brewery (License ID #20150000267) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 414 - 7th Street West ; and
WHEREAS, the licensee also applied for a Malt Off Sale (Growler), Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom) and a Liquor On Sale - Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, the licensee was able to obtain fifty-nine (59) out of eighty-six (86) possible signatures for sixty-nine percent (69%) support of the petition required for a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of the license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to Bad Weather Brewing Company, LLC d/b/a Bad Weather Brewery (License ID #20150000267) for the premises located at 414 - 7th Street West in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. Licensee acknowledges that the licenses issued only permits the sale, service and or consumption of beer which has been brewed by the licensee on these premises.
2. No entertainment is allowed on the premises without prior written approval and additional licensing from DSI.
3. Licensee acknowledges that the beer service area is limited to the location shown on the approved plan on file the DSI dated 05/06/2015. Any changes to the service area requires prior written approval from DSI.
