Purpose of Appeal:  My brother was found June 2, 2015, deceased. Rehabilitation started and I expect house to have violations repaired and in sound condition to put on market by the end of July, 2015. I am making every good faith effort to complete renovation by end of 7/15.

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
