Amending the financing and spending budgets in the Department of Public Works by transferring $150,000 of MSA financing from the Raymond Avenue Reconstruction (Ph. II) Project into the 2015 MSA Contingency.
Body
WHEREAS, bids for the Raymond Avenue Reconstruction (Ph. II) Project from Hampden to Energy Park Drive were recently opened and there is more MSA budget in the project than will be needed, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works proposes to transfer $150,000 of MSA from the Raymond Avenue Project into 2015 MSA Contingency in order to fully cover the cost of other Public Works Projects, and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient budget remaining in the Raymond Avenue Project (Ph. II) in order to construct the project as designed, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation funds of $150,000, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $150,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following paticulars:
