WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-710 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of February 27 to March 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 15, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 15-304: 640 Aurora Avenue;
RLH TA 15-325: 701 Geranium Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-326: 830 Geranium Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-296: 786 Iglehart Avenue;
RLH TA 15-329: 752 Jessie Street;
RLH TA 15-305: 112 Larpenteur Avenue West;
RLH TA 15-306: 595 Lawson Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-307: 110 Litchfield Street;
RLH TA 15-308: 25 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-309: 1087 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-302: 278 Point Douglas Road North;
RLH TA 15-310: 1495 Rose Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-311: 1501 Rose Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-312: 1062 Sherburne Avenue;
RLH TA 15-313: 127 York Avenue;
