Authorizing the appropriate public officials to execute a License Agreement between Teleport Communications America, LLC and the City of St. Paul to allow Teleport Communications to utilize space on the Wabasha Bridge for their equipment.
Body
WHEREAS, Teleport Communications wishes to locate utility equipment on the Wabasha Bridge, and
WHEREAS, the proposed installation has been reviewed and determined to be consistent with Ordinance and Policy, and
WHEREAS, the applicable License Agreement has been developed between the City and Teleport Communications.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, that the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute said License Agreement, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution.
