Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a Master Subscriber Agreement with the State of Minnesota.

WHEREAS, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department requests authorization to enter into a Master Subscriber Agreement with the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows department access and defines responsibilities as a subscriber to the Minnesota Court Data Services; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes Chief Thomas Smith to execute and implement said agreement with the State of Minnesota.
