Purpose of Appeal: I am a close friend of Elizabeth & Bradford Johnson whom acted a their PCA for both before they passed away, Elizabeth 1-08-15 and Bradford 5-02-15. I have applied for Executor of both estates since both are in probate and am living at the home and cleaning up and removing the said estate items. Home is in foreclosure and has to be vacated by 7/28/15.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Lara Livingston Van Danacker to a Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate at 183 STILLWATER AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 12, 2015 by 3:00 p.m. to vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
