Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $199,016 to reflect the awarded Bridge Bond Funding for the Wheelock Parkway Bridge Project.
Body
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has been awarded Bridge Bond Funds by Minnesota Department of Transportation (MN/DOT) in the amount of $2,549,016.00, and
WHEREAS, Bridge Bond budgeted amounts, based on estimates, total $2,350,000.00 in the 2009 and 2014 Adopted Capital Improvement Budget and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available additional funds of $ 199,016 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $ 199,016.00 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
