Authorizing the Fire Department to enter into an agreement with Regions Hospital for pre-hospital medical direction services.

RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are herby authorized and directed to execute a pre-hospital medical direction services agreement with Regions Hospital provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement which includes an indemnification clause, is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
