Memorializing City Council action taken on May 20, 2015 approving the Preliminary and Final Plat for Beacon Bluff Business Center West.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Port Authority, in Zoning File # 12-033-869, has submitted for City Council approval the attached Preliminary and Final Plat for Beacon Bluff Business Center West to create create one (1) industrial parcel and three (3) out lots, in the area on the north side of Minnehaha between Arcade and Mendota; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City, and notices were duly mailed to each owner of affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having held a public hearing on the proposed plat on May 20, 2015, at which all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard, the Council having considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the subdivision;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached preliminary and final plat for Beacon Bluff Business Center West to create create one (1) industrial parcel and three (3) out lots, in the area on the north side of Minnehaha between Arcade and Mendota, subject to the following conditions:
1. That Outlot C be dedicated as private space for public use as proposed by the Saint Paul Port Authority and a park development agreement be filed with the City Clerk's office and placed in the zoning file.
2. The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the plat with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office.
