RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Israel Viernes Orozco and Robichaud & Alcantara, P.A., his attorneys, the total sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($140,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case no. 62-CV-14-6566 for damages and attorney's fees arising from the incident occurring on October 8, 2013.
