Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a property damage release in full, the proper City officials are authorized to pay from the Saint Paul Fire & Safety Services' Tort Liability Fund, to American Family Insurance Company as subrogee of Janay Anderson the amount of $11,959.68, in full and final settlement of any and all property damage claims arising from a vehicle accident on the 25th day of November, 2014 in Saint Paul, MN.
