Appeal of Ryan Holten to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 618 BRIMHALL STREET.
 
Date/Time of 1st LH: May 12, 2015 at 2:30 p.m.  
Purpose of Appeal: We would like to appeal the vacant building registration fee at 618 Brimhall Street. The property went into the vacant registry during the time that it took selling bank took to approve the sale. We will be making substantial improvements to the property and paying fees for the permits and inspections. We look forward to improving the property and getting an occupant in the house as soon as possible. It is our understanding that once a permit is pulled, there will no longer be a need for any vacant registry inspections.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ryan Holten to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 618 BRIMHALL STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the apepal but owner is allowed to pull permits; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
