Purpose of Appeal: On May 21, 2015 I received a letter where BLM was ordered to cut grass etc. at the property to be ready for the re-inspection on or after May 23, 2015. I am appealing the notice/order to extend a due date to comply with the Order/Notice (attached).

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Vlada Gazalabova to a Notice to Cut Tall Grass and/or Weeds at 1083 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
