Purpose of Appeal: On May 21, 15, I received a CEC Notice where BLM was ordered to cut grass etc & have the property available for re-inspection on or after May 24, 2015. I am appealing a due date, and request an exetnsion to comply with the Order/Notice (attached).

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Vlada Gazalabova to a Notice to Cut Tall Grass and/or Weeds at 971 JUNO AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
