Purpose of Appeal: On May 21, 15, I received a CEC Notice, where BLM was ordered to cut grass etc. & have the property available for a re-inspection on or after 5/24/15. I am appealing the due date and requesting to extend a deadline to comply with the attached notice.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Vlada Gazalabova to a Notice to Cut Tall Grass and/or Weeds at 283 AURORA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
