Body
WHEREAS, City Council File RLH RR 11-99 which ordered the rehabilitation or razing and the demolition of the structure of 872 Selby Avenue 180 days after the March 21, 2012 City Council Public Hearing; and
 
WHEREAS, the progress on this rehabilitation consists of the extensive interior work and clean-out; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council stay enforcement of City Council File RLH RR 11-99 to September 1, 2015 as the following conditions are were met on Wednesday, May 20, 2015:
1.      New bids and a new work plan consistent with the code compliance inspection report dated April 3, 2015 must were provided;
2.      Documentation of financing sufficient to complete the project has been demonstrated;
3.      A $5,000 performance deposit was posted with the Department of Safety and Inspections (this is refundable upon completion of the project within the time allotted);
4.      Vacant building fee payments are current;
5.      A agreement transferring authority to Jerome Logan for managing the rehabilitation and financing of the rehabilitation has been accepted by the Code Enforcement Manager and Legislative Hearing Officer and
6.      The property has been maintained; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter, granting a stay to September 1, 2015 or the completion of the rehabilitation of the property.
