WHEREAS, there is regular involvement and interest of the Annual Block Party from neighbors of eastern Mount Curve Boulevard and Montrose; and
WHEREAS, Russ and Nancy take pleasure and pride in the beautification of their block and equally of their Highland Park neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, the Nelson's Annual Block Party is a fun and informative venue; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Saturday, May 16, 2015 be proclaimed RUSS AND NANCY NELSON DAY in the beautiful City of Saint Paul.
