Purpose of Appeal: I would like to apeal for a 60-day extension for vacancy registration renewal. The house is in its final inspection phase. Electrical and plumbing are completely passed inspections. Heating and building inspections are scheduled.

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building until May 20, 2015 to get permit(s) signed-off; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
