WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-855 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for a sidewalk improvement along the south side of Concordia Avenue from Arundel Street to Marion Street, and along the east side of Arundel Street from Concordia Avenue to 100 feet south of Concordia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 1, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
