THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
An Ordinance, pertaining to Chapter 147, One-Way Streets, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code:
Sec. 147.01. Routes established.
The one-way streets established by the city council as of January 31, 1967, are continued in effect, and the council may add to or modify said routes by appropriate ordinance from time to time, which ordinances shall not be deemed part of the city Legislative Code. There shall be maintained in the traffic engineer's office, the city clerk's office, the traffic violations bureau and the traffic and accident division of the police department, at all times, a complete and up-to-date listing of all such routes, which said listing is hereby incorporated in this Code the same as if fully set forth herein.

That in accordance with Section 147.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code the following block shall be removed from the City's established one-way streets:

Section 2
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days following its passage, approval and publication and upon installation of appropriate traffic control devices.
