Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a property damage release in full, the proper City officials are authorized to pay from the City's Park & Recreation Departments' Tort Liability Fund, to Yost & Baill as representatives of State Farm Insurance Company as subrogee of John Bergstrom, the amount of $8,686.15, in full and final settlement of any and all property damage claims stemming from a vehicle accident on the 12th day of July, 2013 in Saint Paul, MN.
