Body

WHEREAS on March 18, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-2, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during November 3 to 26, 2014 at 1693 SHERBURNE AVENUE.  (File No. J1506A, Assessment No. 158505); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1693 Sherburne Avenue, being described as: Brightwood Park Lots 16 & 17 Blk 3 Stierle Mc Conville And Seegers Midway Add & In Sd Brightwood Park;lots 12, 13 & Lot 14 Blk 2, with the property identifification number 33-29-23-14-0158 was assessed an amount of $520; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment due to illegal dumping; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $520, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 15-2  is hereby amended to reflect this change.
