WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Alfredo Medina to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 937 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until April 16, 2015 to provide a report and work plan to perform repairs to the garage under permit and grant until July 1, 2015 to come into compliance; and grant a variance on the ceiling height issue; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
