WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Catherine Walsh to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 1080 NORTON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council allow usage of the space behind the property, but located within the unimproved right-of-way for a period of 6 months, at which juncture the situation will be reviewed in legislative hearing for the development of a long-term resolution; grant the appeal as there is an agreement between the neighbor and owner and this agreement will be acceptable for the duration of the properties' tenancy; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's amended recommendation in this matter.
