WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 15-766 accepted the Report of Completion for improving the north side of East Sixth Street between Sibley Street and Wacouta Street by removing the existing 10' sidewalk, abandoning the areaways under the sidewalk as needed, constructing 18' wide concrete sidewalks, complete storm sewer and other related utility relocations, and other related work to complete the project.

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 17, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
