WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 15-720 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for a sanitary sewer and connection at 1604 Point Douglas Road South.
Preliminary Order: 01-171 Approved: 02/21/2001
Final Order: 01-222 Approved: 03/07/2001
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 1, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
