1. Approval of the February 25, 2015 HRA meeting minutes.

Commissioner Stark moved approval. The HRA meeting minutes were approved.

2. Appointing HRA Vice Chairperson and HRA Secretary.

Commissioner Stark moved approval. Approved as set forth in RES 15-649.

PUBLIC HEARING

3. Approval of the Sale and Conveyance of Parcel 995 Carroll Avenue, Summit-University, Under the Inspiring Communities Program, District 8, Ward 1.

Mr. Sage-Martinson stated this Inspiring Communities property was purchased and rehabbed by the City and is now ready to be sold to Harrison P. Meyer.

Commissioner Tolbert Arrived.

Chair Brendmoen announced the public hearing. Commissioner Thao moved approval. Approved as set forth in RES PH 15-98.

DISCUSSION

4. Authorization to Designate Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity as Tentative Developer of Willow Reserve at 389 and 425 West Maryland Avenue, District 6, Ward 5.

Jennifer Jordan, Planning and Economic Development, gave a presentation that included project background and an update.

Chair Brendmoen shared her excitement on the progress and that she is honored to work with Habitat for Humanity on this project.

Mike Nelson, Director of Land Development at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, shared his excitement to work with the City, the neighborhood, and PED on this project.

Chair Brendmoen moved approval. Approved as set forth in RES PH 15-605.

5. Resolution Approving Final Project Design for the Sale of HRA-Owned Property in Victoria Park to Victoria Park Communities, LLC, District 9, Ward 2.
