Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount $1,100,000 in Fund 722 Equipment Services and Fund 222 Fire Responsive Services to make a technical correction to the 2015 budget.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department needs to amend the 2015 budget by $1,100,000 in Fund 722 Equipment Services and Fund 222 Fire Responsive Services to make a technical correction to the 2015 budget; and
WHEREAS, the 2015 financing and spending plans need to be amended to make the changes; and
WHEREAS, the changes to the Fire operating budget will not result in an increase in the Fire Department's spending authority; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer of appropriation funds of $1,100,000 in the 2015 operating budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor, that the 2015 Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attach financial summary.
