Pertaining to an agreement with CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc. to provide alternatives and conceptual design for replacement of main electrical equipment for McCarrons treatment plant and campus.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners desires to obtain professional services required to evaluate replacement alternatives and develop a conceptual design for replacement of the McCarrons treatment plant and campus main electrical equipment; and
WHEREAS, staff did solicit proposals from firms qualified to provide said services, and from such proposers does recommend the firm of CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $95,000; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into an agreement with CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc. to provide for such additional evaluation and design described in said proposal; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners hereby requests that City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis draft an agreement with CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc. to evaluate replacement alternatives and develop a conceptual design for replacement of the McCarrons treatment plant and campus main electrical equipment, as described in the CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc. proposal of March 23, 2015, at a cost not to exceed $95,000, and to include all other terms and conditions as may be required; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
