Authorizing the Department of Emergency Management to pay for all costs incurred to host a Surveillance Detection Training class March 17-19, 2015.
Body
Pursuant to the 2015 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment for the Surveillance Detection Training class not to exceed $1,950.00. This will pay for all costs incurred by the Department of Emergency Management to hold the training March 17-19, 2015 at the Science Museum located at 120 West Kellogg Boulevard. The City of Saint Paul received a 2013 Urban Area Security Initiatives (UASI) Grant to pay for the training and related expenses. The public purpose of this training is to provide surveillance detection training for public safety responders and private security professionals.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
