RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Tasha Rose Mirick the sum of $8,500.00 in full settlement of claimant's claim for personal injury sustained on April 10, 2012 as a result of an automobile accident near the intersection of Emerald and Ellis in the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
