Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services from December 1 to 30, 2014. (File No. J1507A, Assessment No. 158506)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-98 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of December 1 to December 30, 2014; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 15, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 15-157:  695 Blair Avenue;

RLH TA 15-143:  990 Burr Street;

RLH TA 15-170:  971 Central Avenue West;

RLH TA 15-144:  2012 Clear Avenue;

RLH TA 15-172:  663 Cook Avenue East;

RLH TA 15-177:  1011 Edgerton Street;

RLH TA 15-162:  366 Fuller Avenue;

RLH TA 15-168:  530 Geranium Avenue East;

RLH TA 15-166:  555 Kent Street (565 Kent Street)

RLH TA 15-145:  1029 Rose Avenue East;

RLH TA 15-140:  675 Sherwood Avenue;

RLH TA 15-181:  1024 Sixth Street East;

RLH TA 15-142:  865 Third Street East;

RLH TA 15-163:  441 View Street;

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
